Placing an Order
How to make an order at your shop?To make an order with us you should follow several simple steps:
1. First of all you should choose an item you want to purchase using the navigation menu on the left side of the page. You can search by brand, category or product type. Moreover, to make the search even more fast and simple you can use the site search, located in the upper-right of every online store page. If you wish to learn more information about the product you are interested in click on the product name or its image. Then you will appear on the item description page, where you will be able to find detailed information about the chosen item.
2. Secondly, you should choose your size, required color and the quantity. After all the parameters are set up, click the `Add to cart` button. The item you have chosen will appear in your virtual sopping cart.
3. Than you can either continue shopping or make a purchase. To make this choice, please, click the `Checkout` button or `Continue shopping` link located below your shopping cart.
4. If you`ve chosen to continue your shopping, the item you selected will remain in your shopping cart, and you can find and add to cart as many items as you wish.
5. In case you have decided to make the payout, you should fill in the information requested including your email address, shipping and billing information. After you`ve provided all the information required, please, click the `Review order button`. After, you will be taken to the review page. Check all the provided information carefully. If all is correct, click the `Submit order` button, or the `Back` button to make the necessary corrections.
6. After the process you will be taken to the billing page, where you will be offered either to fill in your billing information, or log in to make a PayPal payment. Click `review and continue` when you are ready.
7. When all the steps are made, you can be sure that your order was successfully placed. You will receive an email notification with your order details.
How to remove items from my shopping cart?If you want to remove something from your shopping cart, put a mark sign in the check-box near the item and then click the `Update cart` button.
Shipping and Handling
How much does the shipping cost?Shipping cost varies on the country of destination. The cost will be automatically calculated by the system.
What do you charge for shipping?Before the final checkout when you place an order, our system automatically displays the shipping charges for your review.
Where do you ship?We ship to more than 80 countries worldwide.
Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?Yes, in some countries customs office may charge you taxes and duties. The tax rates differ country to country.
Warranty
Are your products covered by warranty?Yes, our products are covered by the manufacturer`s warranty, for that reason the defected item can be replaced or refunded. Nevertheless, the precedents of our goods exchange are extremely rare, because we offer only new cloths that have passed a manual control of the personnel.
Do you accept exchanges?We will accept exchanges for items in new condition with a receipt. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Should an item be damaged in order to be returned?No, you can return an item bought from us if you don`t like it, even when it`s not damaged. Just inform us in timely manner as defined in our Return Policy, send it back in an undamaged and unworn condition, and we will refund you or send replacement.
What about back orders?If we are sold out of an item or it is temporarily unavailable we make every attempt to remove the product from our website until it is back in stock or available. We will make every attempt to contact you if all or part of your order is back ordered.
How should I care for my items?Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.Â
Items Availability
If I am interested in an item, but my size is not shown. Will it be available later on?Unfortunately, it is unlikely we will have it available in case it is not shown, because the items we receive are commonly a one-time supply. Anyway, you can always contact us to make sure.
If I saw an item but it is no longer available, will it be in stock again?We regret to say, but it is unlikely to be available for sale again. We receive our products on a one-time supply basis. But you can contact us in order to learn if the product is for sale.
Order Tracking
How much time will it take to receive my order?Your order will be processed within 24 business hours. Sometimes in particular cases it will take up to 48 hours to process the order. The estimated time of your order delivery is 2-3 days to countries worldwide, if no external factors like custom evaluation took place.
How can I track my order status?Upon your order placing you will be emailed with your order number and details. Soon after we ship to your merchandise you will receive an email notification with your parcel`s tracking number. To see your order status, please, click here to track your shipment with DHL.
General Issues
Do you have a catalogue?No, unfortunately we don`t. Since our product range is frequently updated, having a printed catalogue of our goods is senseless, as it becomes outdated too soon.
Can I order without a PayPal Account?No, only PayPal payments are accepted.
Do you give out my personal information to anyone?With the exception of 'in-house' purposes and the necessary steps to process your order, it is our policy to never give out any customer information to any third party.
